Tenax Therapeutics: phase‑3 data on TNX‑103 show primary endpoint missed, subgroup with benefit

Tenax Therapeutics presented results from the Phase‑3 LEVEL study of TNX‑103 for pulmonary hypertension in HFpEF at the ESC Congress. The primary endpoint (change in 6‑minute walk distance at 12 weeks) and a key secondary endpoint were not significant in the overall population. However, in patients with a baseline 6‑minute walk distance below the median, TNX‑103 showed an improvement of 26.3 m, a 47% reduction in NT‑proBNP and a lowering of systolic right ventricular pressure; the drug was overall well tolerated and Tenax plans more targeted patient selection for LEVEL‑2 and further global development. » More on de.investing.com
